Service Description

Massage therapy can help to relieve pain, relax the mind and body, improve quality of sleep, and improve mobility, amongst many other benefits. Choice of modality: Deep Tissue - great for targeting knots, muscle tightness, and focusing on specific areas of the body Shiatsu - acupressure based massage done fully clothed, incorporating deep pointed pressure and assisted stretching. Therapist's Choice - mixed modality depending on your needs. May include circulatory, Thai, deep tissue, sports and shiatsu techniques. To get the most out of your session, please write what you wish to get out of your session in the notes to practitioner when you book, along with the desired modality. Sessions can be extended upon request for $45 per 30 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you are responsible for a $25 cancellation fee. If you fail to show for your appointment without notice, you will be charged the full amount of the service booked.
