Service Description

This “cleanse” is a gentle, palliative procedure based on the ancient principles of Ayurveda to reset the gut and improve digestion, while mildly detoxing the body. Unlike a lot of modern cleanses that rely on juicing, fasting, and other depleting methods, this reset is centered around Kitchari, which is simply a spiced mung bean & rice porridge, along with other simple but nutritive meal options. What this includes: 1. Tailored Support - you will meet with your Ayurvedic Practitioner before and after your reset. This program includes two full Ayurvedic consultations in which your digestion, doshas, and needs are assessed. The first consultation will also prepare you for the program, while in the post-reset consultation we will evaluate your experience and your progress and determine a supportive plan going forward. During the program you will also have one coaching call with your practitioner so that you can check in and work through any personal challenges you may be having while completing the program. 2. Clear Guidelines & Tools for Success - Recipes, instructions, and daily email support will be provided to help you stay on track. This reset is gentle on the body and the guidelines will provide plenty of flexibility and options for different dietary preferences. Worksheets are also provided to help you best prepare for your cleanse week. You will receive your Digestive Reset Packet during your pre-reset consultation. Who should do this program? 1. Those with stubborn digestive issues - if you experience consistent gas, bloating, acidity, or sluggish digestion, this program will provide your gut with the opportunity to restore its digestive capacity by following a light and easy-to-digest diet. The supportive self-care routines also facilitate optimal digestion. 2. Those who need to kickstart healthy habits - if you struggle with eating a balanced diet, keeping up with self-care, and have difficulty prioritizing your health, then this program is for you.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you are responsible for a $25 cancellation fee. If you fail to show for your appointment without notice, you will be charged the full amount of the service booked.
