Translated as the Wisdom of Life, Ayurveda provides us with the pathway towards living life to its fullest potential. Relevant especially in this current climate of stress and disease exposure, the Ayurvedic lifestyle is one that builds the strength and resilience to withstand difficult challenges. 

Join Ayurvedic Health Counselor Intern Valerie for a discussion about the underlying philosophy behind Ayurveda, and how the 5-element theory serves as a guide for healthy, balanced eating. In this hour-long talk we will cover:
